In the event you are not approved for a Veriza Membership, your membership fee will be refunded less the $5.00 non-refundable application fee.
How do I maintain my Veriza Verified Membership?
You must pay the Veriza membership fee to maintain an active membership. Non-active members (those who have been suspended or terminated) are NOT permitted to post the Veriza Verified Seller Seals. You risk indefinite suspension or termination of membership should you receive more than three complaints against your Veriza Account, or if your eBay® or other auction feedback rating drops below "10". Complaints are valid only when reported by the high bidder of an eBay® or other auction transaction completed no earlier than 60 days prior to the submission.
Why should I buy from a Veriza Verified eBay® Seller?
Veriza Verifies eBay® or other auction sellers and publicizes their contact information. When you see the Veriza Verified Seller Seal in an eBay® or other auction user's auction listing, you can click-through to the sellers Veriza page to learn all about them. This is particularly useful when buying higher-priced items from new sellers with little or new feedback. Buy from Veriza Verified Sellers and Know Who You're Dealing With.
I have a comment/complaint for a Veriza Verified Seller. Where should I report this?
Feedback can be reported right on the Veriza Verified Seller's Veriza Page. You can also report on transactions from the Bidder Page.
