.For Sellers

In order to receive and maintain a membership at Veriza, you must agree to the following Terms:

Qualifications for Membership
In order to qualify for a Veriza Verified™ Seller Account you must meet the below criteria:

    1) Be a registered Auction Seller for a minimum of 60 days.
    2) Maintain a minimum of 10 positive feedback rating.
    3) Pass a residency check and provide a signed statement, provided.
    4) Agree to the Veriza Terms of Use
    5) Pledge to uphold the Veriza Standard of Customer Service.

There is an ongoing fee to obtain and maintain your Veriza Verified™ Membership status. Please see our current fee schedule.

Application Procedures
By submitting a Veriza Verified™ Seller application you testify that all information you provide is true, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge. The verification process requires applicant paperwork be replied to and returned to our company via USPS mail (postage paid). Veriza may also conduct random phone checks to verify the phone number provided in the application. In the event you cannot complete the verification process properly, you will not be verified. For applicants who are not verified, a full refund will be granted LESS a $7.00 processing fee. Refunds will be delivered via PayPal.com or check/money order. Requests for refunds may be sent to Refunds@Veriza.com. Approved applicants, however, will NOT receive full or partial refunds for any portion of their membership, for any reason, at any time. By submitting a Veriza Verified™ Seller application you indicate that you have granted Veriza permission to publish the contact information you provide onsite.

Membership Responsibilities
As a Veriza Verified™ Member, you pledge to provide the highest standard of customer service in online auction dealings by following the guidelines below:

    1) To list auction items with accurate and complete descriptions.
    2) To answer all bidder inquiry emails in a timely and friendly manner.
    3) To complete all auction transactions quickly.
    4) To leave appropriate eBay
    ® or other auction feedback after all transactions.
    5) To provide all high bidders with the maximum in online privacy.

Members who do not abide by these standards risk termination of Membership. You risk indefinite suspension or termination of membership should you receive more than three complaints against your Veriza Account, or if your auction feedback rating drops below "10". Complaints are valid only when reported by the high bidder of an auction transaction completed no earlier than 60 days prior to the submission. NO refunds are granted for terminated memberships.

Discontinuation of Membership
Refunds are not granted for discontinuation of membership.

The Veriza Verified™ Seal is posted by eBay
® or other auction sellers who have undergone residency and identity checks to verify their published business address. Our applicants' phone numbers are also verified on a random basis. Our Verified Members have taken the Pledge to uphold the Veriza Standard of Customer Service, giving you, the bidder, a better opportunity for a smooth, fraud-free auction transaction. The Veriza Verification service is provided in effort to build trust in online auctions and minimize fraud. Veriza, however, does not and cannot guarantee or insure your transaction with any Veriza Verified™ Seller.
